2013 cadillac ats 2.0t awd glitch?

At at 10 times at random times when vehicle is turned off, sometimes a slight tone is heard and all.power to the car stops, as if battery was taken out! I seen on YouTube that if I move power seat button back and forth eventually the car powers back up and can be started! What could the cause be because I rarely adjust my seat?
